On 26th April 2026, I'll be running my first ever marathon and raising money for the London Ambulance Charity.

If you've ever had a reason to call an Ambulance, it was probably one of your worst days. The London Ambulance crews experience peoples' worst days, every day. But they keep on showing up.

I, like many, have personal experience of the care and compassion of these amazing people. But they also need help sometimes.

LAS focuses on improving the wellbeing of staff and volunteers, supporting great patient care. Donations to the Charity pay for things like our Wellbeing Support Vehicles, ensuring our paramedics and frontline crews receive the mental health support they need during difficult shifts.

I'll be joining #TeamLAS and flying the flag for the London Ambulance Service at the iconic TCS London Marathon 2025.
