1250 miles solo hike from Lands End to John O’Groats · 1 May 2024

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

This mad unfit fatty is taking a 1250 mile sole hike from Land’s End to John O’Groats. He will be camping along the way and walking along National trails, including walking in England, Wales and Scotland

People Adam love have suffered life altering strokes. When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is so tough but the brain can adapt. Specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.
