On the 19th March over a period of 10 days I will attempt to climb my first Himalayan mountain Mera Peak which height is 21,246ft / 6,476m to raise awareness (and hopefully gain some donations) for the Somme Nursing home. The Somme previously cared for my late Granny Peggy and is currently caring for my Aunty Jackie who last year suffered a serious stroke during a heart operation. The Somme Nursing home team do a lot of great work in Northern Ireland caring for those unable to themselves due to either age or injury. Please donate and help this great organization.
