This October, I'll be taking on the Vietnam Hanoi International Marathon to raise money for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

The marathon starts at 2:00am local time, with temperatures expected to be around 23°C and 80% humidity. It will be a demanding challenge, particularly as I'm not a natural runner, but I wanted to push myself outside my comfort zone while supporting a cause that matters deeply.

I'm fundraising for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), whose teams provide essential healthcare and humanitarian assistance to Palestinian communities. Their work helps deliver life-saving medical care and support to people facing incredibly difficult circumstances.

Training for a marathon is a significant personal challenge, but it pales in comparison to the challenges faced every day by the people MAP supports. If my efforts can help raise both awareness and vital funds, then every mile will be worthwhile.
