Frost Valley YMCA has been a source of joy to me for the past 50 years. I started as a camper in 5th grade, then brought my three daughters up for Spring weekends as part of the Y-Princess program, eventually seeing them attend as campers, CITs, and counselors, and then lastly I joined the Board of Trustees in 2024.

Just as it was in 1975, the campers at Frost Valley benefit from a uniquely enriching experience, surrounded by peers from around the world and of all demographic backgrounds. The time spent at camp leads not only to personal growth and maturity through social engagement but can also result in lifelong friendships.
