I will be running the Bury St Edmunds Lucky Horseshoe Half Marathon to raise money for St Nicholas Hospice in memory of Andrew Proudlock who was a friend and work colleague.

In hearing about Andrews life at his funeral, even though we were friends it left me wishing there had been more time to know him better as it reminded me of how much of a great person he was. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His enduring character, quiet strength, and the positive impact he made on those around him will not be forgotten. Though he is no longer with us, his memory shall remain in our hearts and minds, to a life lived with strength and love towards his friends and family. This was a charity that was chosen by his family to support at the funeral and I hope to raise some money in support aswell. Anything you can give is appreciated.
