Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Although I’m doing NYC marathon for ‘fun’, so many people asked if I was raising money, it seemed like an opportunity too good to miss. To get this done, I will be running for over 5 hours so it will be a hard slog!!
Game On is a new charity designed to give underprivileged kids access to team sports. Membership fees, club kit, transport costs all add up, and so many families just can’t afford for children to be involved.
They miss out on learning key skills, the support they feel from a team of likeminded people, role models in their coaches, a whole new friend group, mentorship from older players, and an environment where they can take calculated risks! So much that kids learn is through team sports.
Please give any amount, it really will make a difference to children and their families.
