I will be travelling to Nepal in March 2024 to trek 14 days to Everest base camp. It has always been something I have wanted to do so no better time to take on the challenge while I am able to. I have been asked by several people if I am doing it for charity which hadn't even crossed my mind but the more I am being asked about it, it would be silly of me not to. I get to take on a challenge I have always wanted to do at the same time I get to help under privileged kids, so it is a win win situation.

I have decided to raise money for AberNecessities.

AberNecessities is a local charity supporting underprivileged families in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We provide families with essential items to care for their babies and children to help alleviate some of the pressure of bringing up a young family with limited resources.

We are dedicated to ensuring basic needs are met and provide items such as formula milk, nappies, toiletries, clothes and cots.

Every penny of your donation goes towards buying items which are then given directly to families.
