As a gym will like to do something for a charity at least once a year ……. so this year we are taking on the kilt walk again.

This year we have chosen Ayrshire Cancer Support, as almost everyone has been affected by cancer at some point in their life.

Ayrshire cancer support is a charity that provides practical help and emotional support to people in Ayrshire affected by cancer. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed with cancer, having treatment or caring for someone with cancer, we can help.

From providing transport and complementary therapies to offering expert information or to just being there to listen, they‘re here for you.
