I’m combining two things I love by taking to the dancefloor on behalf of our wonderful charity, Ups n Downs!

I’ll be undertaking 14 weeks of gruelling practice alongside my fabulous experienced dance partner Albert, before ‘performing’ in front of a live audience of 800 people in March 2025 at Wicksteed Park in Kettering. Although I have dance experience, I've never done this kind of dancing and I'm well out of my comfort zone!

As Freddie approaches his 20th birthday next September, we are proud that the charity we were part of creating, is now thriving with over 60 members.
