I will be taking part in the Panama ‘Coast to Coast’ Rat Race 2024. A stunning adventure across the jungles of Central America from ocean to ocean. 100 miles on foot and 25 miles on pack-raft.

This huge challenge is in aid of raising vital funds for Cameron’s Companions (charity number 1205466) a newly established suicide prevention charity that strives to provide free access to private counselling or appropriate therapies, for men and boys in England and Wales, minimising waiting lists and times for those in need.

Cameron’s Companions wants to create a listening ear for people that need help, faster than NHS waiting times allow for, or for those struggling mentally to go through the formal GP referral system and want a less formal process. A prior formal diagnosis of depression is not a prerequisite of using this service.
