I'm doing an abseil for charity to raise money for CW+ charity, the official charity for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust which encompasses Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, West Middlesex University Hospital which serves a population of more than 1.5 million people!

I've never been good with heights and so for years I've thrown myself into doing things which make me uncomfortable in this space. I've flown a plane, and completed the largest zipline in Europe. But for want of trying, I've never been able to complete an abseil. This time will be different and what better motivation than to do this for charity.

For the price of a coffee (or tea) you can help CW+ continue their work. I’ll be hanging mid-air and probably regretting my decision at the time, but knowing it’s for a cause that matters will keep me going.. Every bit of support helps—whether it’s a donation or just a cheer to get me down in one piece!
