The Amazigh (Berber children from the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco are extremely poor and many children don’t go to school due to having to walk long distances or have no money to purchase the books and even shoes required to attend school. We exist to encourage children to attend school by providing everything they need including all books toys games and more and also a meal each day. We run a pre-school and work in Khenifra and nearby villages providing practical solutions to bring education and hope to future generations

Story

Please support Hannan Charity in memory of Steve.

Steve, a major donor for Hannan for many years, has had a profound impact on many childrens' lives. Through kind and generous donations, we have been able to provide a small preschool in Khenifra and humanitarian aid in the village of Assaka which are located near the Oum Rbia river in Morocco. Some 50 children are sponsored through the charity.

Sue and the Adkins family have decided to extend their generosity and impact further by setting up this page in his memory. Feel free to share memories, photos, stories, anecdotes or anything else you would like too.

All the money raised will go to continue the work of Hannan School, helping lift the cycle of poverty through education thereby bringing hope to the local people.

Thank you for your generosity at this difficult time.
