We are participating in the Great North Run this year and our chosen charity is MyCWA (Cheshire Without Abuse).

I have worked at MyCWA for 3 years and, on a daily basis, observe the amazing work the team achieves in supporting people across Cheshire impacted by domestic abuse.

We work tirelessly to offer a comprehensive range of services, including a helpline, refuge accommodation, recovery programs, advice clinics, and behavior change initiatives. All money raised will go towards these much-needed services.
