I am joining Jacob's army of helpers and taking part in Jacobs Journey to Yr Wyddfa with The Movement Centre. I love the sense of achievement when you get to the top of Snowdon after the climb and I want Jacob to feel that sense of achievement as well and live his dream, whilst we also raise money for The Movement Centre for other children to benefit from their fantastic support.
