I am taking on the Cardinal Hume Centre's Big 4000 Challenge!

Many refugees will travel over 4000 miles to reach safety. Facing dangerous journeys vulnerable to imprisonment and abuse. I'm joining the the Big 4000 to help the Cardinal Hume Centre cover a total distance of 4,000 miles, like the journey that so many refugees face.

I will be taking on the challenge by running 200 miles - 13 for the half marathon and many more for the training!

£10 could pay for a vulnerable family or young person to buy food and essentials.

£25 could pay for specialist advice for a family to stay in their home

£50 could pay for a bedding back for a child refugee moving in to their new home at the Cardinal Hume Centre
