Thanks so much for visiting my JustGiving page! I'm running TWO events in 8 days - Leeds Half Marathon (21 km) on 10th May then Cookridge Community 10 km a week later.

There are 40,000 children in Leeds who live in destitution, with life chances eroded by poverty and life expectancies lowered by a staggering 14 years. But, this does not have to be their stories or their futures.

Flourishing Families Leeds exists for these children and their families. They make long-lasting changes to diets, health, literacy, wellbeing, social engagement, confidence, emotional health, school readiness and, most importantly of all, life outcomes. The lives of these children are changed and their futures transformed.
