This charity will not need any explanation or introduction for the majority of us. My work has an annual Charity of the Year and this year, it is for the incredible work of Alzheimer Scotland. You can all add your own story, experience... whatever.

Myself and my colleagues have been challenged to raise £50 which my employer will double. Simples. If you have a pound or two, Alzheimer Scotland would be hugely grateful.

So, myself and my wife Susan are going to walk around Loch Leven. It is 13 miles, by the way...
