I'm part of a team of St John Ambulance volunteers are cycling from York to Scarborough to Middlesbrough and back to York 29-31 August 2026. As well as riding our own bikes, the cycle responders in the group will take it in turns to ride a cycle response bike. This is a heavy mountain bike equipped with panniers front and back containing a full first aid kit plus an oxygen cylinder and defibrillator (AED). All funds raised will go towards St John Ambulance.
