In a moment of madness I signed up for the Help for Heroes London Military Landmarks Hike on 25 July 2026. As the mum of a serving army officer and the daughter of a veteran, I am all too aware of the tough battles that veterans and their families may face, such as painful injuries, mental trauma, disability and isolation. Help for Heroes life-changing services support them by providing practical, physical & mental health care.
