Defibrillator in Memory of Andy Scott

Defibrillator in Memory of Andy
Update 1240Hrs - 16/07/2025 - Fundraising target raised - we are now going to aim to fundraise for 2 defibrillators
On Thursday 22nd May, the most beautiful soul that we may ever meet left us.
Anybody that met Andy was instantly drawn to his kindness, patience and warmth all interjected by that wonderful unique laugh which is impossible to forget.
Andy lived his life to the fullest whilst always putting others first. He was forever humble and never realised that he was the epicentre of so many relationships.
He had a cardiac arrest whilst playing football at Goals. Fortunately, the medical staff at Goals supported by his friends had access to a defibrillator onsite. This bought him the time to get to hospital, and gave him a fighting chance of survival.
It is bearing this in mind, that we have decided to raise money to pay for a defibrillator in his local community (London Road, Sheffield). Whilst we didn’t get the outcome, we all wished for, hopefully doing this in his name may save another family from having to experience such a monumental loss. The total set will cover all the associated costs for 8 years.
We appreciate all of your support. No donation is too small and the installation will be dedicated to him, so you will be able to see it in-person too.
We love you Fella, you will always remain a huge part of our lives. Gone but never forgotten. Thank you for all the memories!
