Hi, from the 4th to the 5th of July I will be drumming solo for 24 hours (with a 5 minute break every hour for health reasons) in my school hall to raise money for the charity Save the Children.

Save the Children believes that every child deserves a future. They have helped 45 million children across the world get the medicine, good food and education they need.

Months of unrelenting fighting and deprivation in Gaza have left thousands of children dead, while those who survive face continued war, siege, hunger and unimaginable loss.

Palestinian children are dying from starvation and disease at the highest rate the world has ever seen.

Save The Children have been working around the clock to get vital supplies to families, such as food and medical aid. But time is running out.

Nearly all children in Gaza are at imminent risk of famine.
