On the 24th and 25th February we will be completing a 24 hour live stream to raise money for Mind, because 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem throughout our lives. Whether that’s you, your parent, sibling, best friend or co-worker. But most of us don’t get the help we need – this has to change.

South Kent Mind is a local independent charity supporting the mental health of people living across the Folkestone & Hythe and Dover district areas. We are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with mental health challenges in South Kent. Our vision is for everyone to have somewhere to turn for advice and support for their mental health.
