Happy New Year you lovely people

This May I have taken on the Challenge to do the Everest Base Camp Trek along with a few others, I must be mad doing silly stuff like this on the wrong side of 50 years old but it's not all about me as I will also be trying to raise as much well need money for the AFPST a charity I have been heavily involved in the past 9 years, so if you could find it in your heart to part with a few pennies to this amazing charity it would be much appreciated.
