Team Alba Facilities Services (Ian McCall, Allan McCall, Douglas MacLeod) will be walking the West Highland Way in 5 days from the 25th to 29th of May to raise money for Beatson Cancer Charity, a cause that is very close to our hearts.

All of us at AFS have been impacted in some way by a loved one suffering from cancer, and Beatson Cancer Charity has been there to support cherished family members every step of the way. We want to use our position as a Glasgow-based, family owned business to give back to a fantastic institution that does so much good for the community.

Every year, thousands of people access support through the charity, whether through their Wellbeing Service, Specialist Health and Work Service (SHAWS), or Bereavement Support. Every single pound we can raise will contribute to making that support available to more people in Scotland, ensuring that nobody has to face cancer alone. Latest studies show that 1 in 2 of us will develop cancer in our lifetimes, making the work of charities like Beatson Cancer Charity even more critical.

We are asking our cherished suppliers, clients, colleagues, friends and more to spare what they can for a fantastic local cause. Any donations will be gratefully received and will make a real difference to the lives of those affected by cancer.
