2025 marks a decade since our inaugural Kidneys for Life bike ride, and it's time to gear up for my most ambitious cycling challenge yet: Vietnam to Cambodia 2025.

It’s going to an extreme challenge - heat, humidity & saddlesore. But life is beautiful and then you die 😀

Me, my wife Moni, along with fellow Kidneys for Life supporters, we will embark on this journey in November 2025. Me and Moni are not regular cyclists and we will be out of our comfort zone however we are motivated to push ourselves for the cause! which gives us a huge amount of pride.

As the Chair of Kidneys for Life and with many years under my belt as a Transplant surgeon, I've witnessed remarkable advancements in transplant techniques and dialysis treatments. However, there is still so much more to do - I know how essential it is to continue to raise funds for renal research to ultimately make life better for all kidney patients.
