Ambition has no expiry date. And every young athlete deserves the chance to discover what they're capable of.

In 2015, I found myself on a treadmill in my garage, unfit and looking for a new challenge. I could never have imagined that this simple beginning would eventually lead to competing for Great Britain, winning titles and becoming a World Champion at Masters level.

My memoir, Against the Clock, tells that story. But I want its impact to extend beyond my own journey.

I'm hoping to use the book's proceeds and donations from readers to support young people who want to take up athletics and fulfil their potential, but whose families may struggle with the costs.

With the support of The Chloe & Liam Together Forever Trust, the aim is to help fund athletics bursaries so that financial circumstances don't prevent young people from pursuing their sporting ambitions.
