Aidan, Sean and Carl will aim to complete their first ever 10km on the 4th of October in Glasgow. Aidan is also competing in his first sprint triathlon a couple of weeks prior.

There are many wonderful and amazing charities which made choosing one extremely difficult. After speaking with an amazing MSF volunteer we understand the importance of donations to allow MSF to provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

MSF works in over 70 countries and are able to go to the places where others cannot because they rely predominantly on private donations and therefore are seen as neutral. Private donations allow them to act fast and effectively by eliminating the need to wait on other funding.
