In August 2022, our lives changed. My youngest brother, Harri, was involved in a car accident and sustained life-changing injuries.

Seeing my brother in pain, and being unable to help, was incredibly difficult. But I couldn’t be prouder of him, and of the strength he has shown in facing and overcoming challenges that no one should ever have to.

Having the opportunity to raise money for a charity whose mission is to improve the independence and quality of life of people living with spinal cord injuries is a huge honour. In 2025, my other brother, Lloyd, ran the London Marathon to raise money for spinal research. Seeing the passion, support and encouragement surrounding him firsthand on the day was incredibly inspiring, and I’m excited to take on the challenge myself.
