This October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we'll be walking 100 Miles each to raise money for Breast Cancer Now – the UK’s leading breast cancer charity.

During those 31 days, breast cancer will take almost 1,000 lives in the UK.

Abby - My mum got diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago and was getting close to celebrating not having to go back into hospital for another 12 months in July this year when she got told it’s come back. She's now going through a long period of chemotherapy, and with being back at university I really struggle not being there to support her at home. She is an incredibly brave woman and someone who I really look up to, so this will be an opportunity for me to support her from afar and complete the 100 miles for her and everyone out there who is also suffering from such a horrible disease.
