Hi everyone. As many of you know I lost a good mate, Josh Duncan, back in December. To honor his memory, I’ll be taking part in an Ultra White Collar Boxing charity event on July 12th.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and would go toward a great cause, Burnhills MENding minds. Mental health is something that doesn’t always get spoken about enough especially for men. Too many people suffer in silence and too many families are left dealing with loss that could have been prevented with the right support. That’s why I’ve chosen this charity because even the smallest bit of awareness or support can make a difference to someone who feels like they have nowhere to turn.

Taking part in this boxing match will be a real challenge for me, both physically and mentally but it will never compare to some of the challenges people with mental health face.
