I'll be representing The Townscape Consultancy again this year on the pedElle charity ride taking place end of June and this time will be crossing Ireland, starting in Kenmare and finishing in Dublin.

The challenge:

Thurs 26th - Kenmare to Spanish Point - 170km, 1548m

Fri 27th - Spanish Point to Thurles - 201km, 2167m

Sat 28th - Thurles to Dublin - 182km, 2179m

pedElle is a three day endurance charity challenge raising funds for Club Peloton and its supported charitable project delivered by Coram, the UK's first and longest-serving children's charity. Part of Coram’s work is centred on those in care or who are about to leave care.

Turning 18 should be a special moment. With support from family and friends, taking the first steps to independence can be an exciting time. But what happens when you don’t have that support behind you? For thousands of young people that leave care every year, there is no safety net or helping hand. They enter adulthood alone.

When a young person leaves care without the support they need, they risk losing everything: the place they call home, access to educational and financial assistance, and their support network. By supporting Coram, your fundraising could help care leavers to access services and support for the next chapter of their lives.
