On Monday 20th July, my son Reuben who is 8 years old, will be taking on a 9-hole golf challenge to raise money for Peeblesshire Food Bank.

Reuben has set himself the goal of beating his personal best score of 60. He’s been practising hard and can’t wait to see if he can achieve it!

More importantly, he’s so excited to be raising money for such an amazing cause. Earlier this year, he learned about the importance of the foodbank at school and since then he has been determined to help others. Reuben is learning that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference and he’s incredibly proud to be helping support local individuals and families who need it most through Peeblesshire Food Bank.

As his mum, I’m so proud of his determination, generosity and big heart. If you’d like to support Reuben and help him make a difference, we’d be so grateful for any donation or words of encouragement.
