🌟 HAND ON HEART: ONE MILLION STEP CHALLENGE 🌟

1st June – 31 August 2026

This summer, I’m taking on the One Million Step Challenge to support Hand on Heart and their vital work helping people experiencing homelessness across the UK and supporting children from low income backgrounds.

Over 3 months, I’ll be walking 1,000,000 steps—around 10,900 steps a day, totalling nearly 500 miles. That’s like virtually walking from London ➤ Brighton ➤ Leeds ➤ back to London—mirroring the distance across all Hand on Heart outreach sites

🏃‍♀️ Why I’m Doing This

This challenge goes beyond fitness. It’s about raising awareness and vital funds to support those sleeping rough or facing hardship.

As part of their Summer Homeless Campaign, Hand on Heart will deliver 1,300 essential packs filled with clothing, toiletries, and basic necessities. Also, before the new school term, your donation will also help over 1,000 children with basic yet essential school supplies.
