We are doing this hard challenge, the national 3 peaks, starting at Ben Nevis, Scotland, onto the Lake District to climb Scafell Pike, then onto North Wales to summit Mount Snowdon before the end of the 24 hours, in memory of my late closest friend Sarah Cox, after a long battle with breast cancer had an adverse effect with her treatment at the end and unfortunately ended up in cardiac arrest, leaving behind her husband and two boys, the air ambulance was there for her, although not needed in the end the costs of getting it off the ground are in their thousands and you never know when you or a family member may need them. They rely solely on charity to run, this is going to be such a tough challenge for us all and I’m so grateful to everyone that’s joining me on it.
