Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page to support 2 great local charities that have donated hundreds of thousands of pounds to support the local community.

If you can help me by donating your hard earned cash to these great charities, it will help me stay focused during the 24 hours.

I will be averaging 126 burpees per hour, exceeding over 3,000 burpees and with each burpee I will be jumping to reach a 7 foot marker which will be over 21,000 feet ,which is the equivalent to the 5 highest Munro’s in Scotland.

I am a middle aged, slightly overweight, 20 plus years of dieting, I am exhausted from that alone, one bad knee, two sore ankles and my brain is in constant pain from listening to Colin for the past 20 years, so where you can donate please do.
