KELLY JOANNE's fundraiser for Alzheimer's Society

KELLY JOANNE ARMSTRONG is raising money for Alzheimer's Society

Team: Ainscough celebrates 50 years taking on The Way of the Roses

Way of the Roses 170 miles · 16 October 2026

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

As we celebrate 50 years of achievement, a dedicated team of employees is taking on the Way of the Roses 170 miles cycle challenge, riding from Morecambe to Bridlington on 16 and 17 October 2026. This personal cycling challenge is about more than the miles ahead; it is a shared commitment to make a meaningful difference for people affected by dementia.

For too many families, dementia brings uncertainty, heartache, and daily challenges that can feel overwhelming. At Alzheimer's Society, we are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and by providing hope for the future through support, understanding, and action.

By supporting this journey, you are helping to turn every mile into practical help and real hope. Please consider donating towards our £500 fundraising goal and stand with us as we pedal for a better future for everyone affected by dementia.
