Ok.. so...this month I shall be taking part in the London Marathon (alongside my bestie Shadia who will be running for Samaritans!) and I am so honoured to be running for Alzheimer's research. This is NOT going to be an easy challenge for someone that 'enjoys a light jog', however I am so proud to be able to help fundraise for life changing research.

After having to defer last year due to an injury, I am even more determined to get these miles conquored (mainly because I don't think I can physically put myself through the training again too!!).

Sadly most people or someone they love will be effected by dementia within their lifetime. Watching someone you love be effected by Alzheimer's is heartbreaking and Alzheimer's research are working with passionate scientists towards finding a cure
