At Acorn Playgroup & Preschool, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. As a small charity, we provide a warm, caring, and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, grow, and thrive at their own pace.

During the summer months, our preschool becomes extremely hot, making it difficult for our children to stay comfortable, learn, and enjoy their day. This has been an ongoing challenge for many years, and we knew we could no longer let it affect the children in our care. Their comfort, wellbeing, and ability to learn had to come first.

That’s why we made the decision to install air conditioning. We believe that this was a necessity and the difference it has made has been incredible. Our children can now play, learn, rest, and smile in comfort, even on the hottest days.

As a charity, this was a significant expense, but it was one we felt we had to make. We are now asking for your support to help us cover the cost of the installation.
