Hi all,

It’s still a little way off, but next year I’ll be taking part in the Run 4 Wales series, completing three 10K races to raise money for the Frenchie & Friends Foundation.

The races are:

🏃 Porthcawl 10K

Frenchie & Friends is an incredible French Bulldog rescue charity that works tirelessly to give dogs a second chance. The team, many of whom also work full-time jobs, dedicate countless hours to rescuing dogs, covering often huge veterinary bills, providing ongoing care, and completely transforming the lives of the dogs they take in.

I’ve seen first-hand the difference they make, having adopted my own little Frenchie from them several years ago. Without charities like Frenchie & Friends, many of these wonderful dogs would be left in heartbreaking situations.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go towards helping them continue their amazing work. Your support would mean the world to both me and the dogs whose lives will be changed because of it.
