On Tuesday 12th December, Aisling, Diana & Mark will take part in a cold water swim at Velvet Strand Portmarnock. We will be joining Georgina Williams who is undertaking 10 cold water swims over 10 days across the UK & Ireland. This swim will be Georgina's 9th swim of the challenege.

I am delighted to say that as of today 8/12/23 my colleague Diana Walsh Lynch has decided to join myself and Georgina on the swim. Diana will be doing this challenge in memory of her brother in law Brian Walsh.

We have chosen to donate to LauraLynn. LauraLynn is Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice providing free palliative and hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families from all across Ireland.

LauraLynn provides a range of services including, symptom management, music & play therapy, psychological support, family & sibling camps, short breaks, Crisis Care & End of Life Care.

LauraLynn relies primarily on fundraised income and this year alone must raise €5.5 million. Since opening in 2011, LauraLynn has cared for almost 481 children and their families.
