Story
With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
They target help where it’s most needed: young people, older adults, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals and those living in poverty or isolation.
Mental health still carries a lot of stigma even though 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues. The Foundation runs campaigns to raise awareness and normalise conversations around mental wellbeing.
