Story
Alan Bremner passed away on 17 December in the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, after suffering two, major strokes over a short period.
Dad, and our family, received excellent care, support and advice throughout this period and we want to show our thanks to the staff for their care; as well as help others in the future.
