Nigel Birch is participating in the Ice Bucket Challenge on 22nd May at 13:00 at the Contactum head office in Dunstable in aid of MIND – the charity directly benefitting from this challenge. “Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. But too many of us aren’t getting the help we need.”

4 winning tickets will be picked at random. The lucky winners each get to administer a bucket of ice cold water over our dear friend.

All proceeds from this will be directly donated to MIND.
