Hi all,

I'm doing a cycle in aid of the Glencar Foundation. Over 40 cyclists will take on our 3rd 'On Yer Bike' cycling challenge from Leitrim to Killarney over 3 days, starting on Thursday 14th May 2026!

This year’s route is longer and tougher than before, so it’s going to be a real test both physically and mentally. I’ve started training and have a few spins done, but there’s still plenty of miles to put into the legs before the big day!

I’d really appreciate any support you can give — no matter how small, every pound, euro, penny or cent makes a difference.

The Glencar Foundation, established in 2023, supports smaller charities across Ireland and the UK. They focus on causes that make a real impact in local communities, including:
