Hello, firstly thanks for clicking on this. On the 14th September I'll be joining some cracking people to walk 11.4 miles as part of the annual Kiltwalk day. Yeah I know I used to run much farther but that was a long time ago, and 11.4 miles seems like a long way now. SPARK is an awesome charity based in the heart of Craigshill in Livingston and was set up 37 years ago to combat social isolation and loneliness, offer people a safe space to meet others, share stories over a cup of tea, nurture relationships and build confidence, helping them to make a positive change to their lives. Everyone is welcome whatever their social and ethnic background, gender and sexual orientation.
