Project Romania aids the prevention & relief of poverty by:-

(i) building and improving housing and wells;

(ii) delivering aid including food parcels, Christmas gift shoe boxes, clothing and firewood logs; and

(iii) supports schools through the provision of educational resources

With the terrible invasion of Ukraine by Russia, there has been a huge surge of refugees into Norther Romania. People have had to leave their homes, jobs and families and flee across the border and are now staying anywhere they can in the area. A local hostle had 20 refugees two weeks ago and another 60 arrived this week with virtually nothing.

The team have sent aid in the form of warm winter clothes for adults, children and babies; toiletries and bedding; food, phone cards & medicine and 4 of us are heading there week commencing 26th November 2022 to help distribute the aid in the area and up into Ukraine.

In addition, we hope to distribute many of the Christmas Shoeboxes and food to the local area.

Please keep us in your prayers as we travel around the area & that we may be of some help to Norman & Linda and the team as they distribute the aid.
