Story
Folks
Wee update to say that somehow or other I made it in 8hrs 18 mins (I think). Thankfully no one told me how many stairs we had to climb up & down, how many styles we had to navigate, rocks to scramble over & rivers to navigate otherwise I am not sure I would have done it.
More importantly a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated money to the Cancer Focus cause - absolutely blown away with the total. Thank you thank you thank you!! That is well worth the sore feet.

I lost my Dad to pancreatic cancer in 2019 and my mum is currently battling secondary cancers related to the Kidney cancer she has had since 2020.
Every penny we can raise will take us closer to a cure for this disease that affects so many people in so many ways.
Every year we support over 6,000 local people affected by cancer and, with 1 in 2 of us predicted to be affected by cancer in our lifetime, your donation will help us to continue providing our services to all those who require our support now and in the future. As a local charity, we are 90% dependent on donations so your donation will help us to continue our vital work.
Thank you again from everyone at Cancer Focus NI
