Our precious Alan passed away on 5 December 2025 after a short battle with liver cancer, having been diagnosed less than two months earlier. In memory of Alan Chapman, we are asking for donations to the British Liver Trust.

The British Liver Trust and Children’s Liver Disease Foundation have merged. We are the only UK charity for children, young people and adults affected by all liver conditions. Our helpline and support services help thousands of people every year, and we campaign to raise awareness of all liver diseases.
