I am competing in the Sandycove Kinsale swim to raise funds for Parkinson's UK.

More than 1 million people are affected by this in the UK, either by living with Parkinson's or as a friend, colleague or family member of someone who is.

A good friend of mine was diagnosed with this a few years ago and i though it would be good to raise funds for research into it.

The swim is in open water & is approximately 1.8km in distance.

Times are tough for everyone just now but any donation will be greatly appreciated.
